Elementary Principal - David’s Campus

Northern Dauphin Christian School is seeking an Elementary Principal for the 2025-2026 school year.  The Elementary Principal is responsible for the overall operation of the elementary school. This position will require someone with elementary education experience, who is highly organized, has shown proven leadership, and is willing to mentor teachers and students.

Early Education Director - Hillside Campus

Northern Dauphin Christian School is seeking an Early Education Center Director for the 2025-2026 school year.  The EEC Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Early Education Center at NDCS. This position will require someone with early childhood education experience and proven leadership. We are looking for someone willing to mentor teachers and students as our program continues to grow..

Secondary Science Teacher - Free Grace Campus

Northern Dauphin Christian School is seeking a Secondary Science Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.  Courses of instruction include Biology, Life Science, Anatomy/Physiology, Earth/Space Science, Chemistry, Physical Science, and possibly Physics.  Science courses are offered in alternating years as students earn credits towards graduation.  Interested candidates should also be willing to develop STEM initiatives that challenge and engage students in additional learning.

TEACHER SUBSTITUTE - ALL CAMPUSES

We are looking for dependable, outgoing Christian men and women to substitute teach at all three of our campuses. We are looking for caring and flexible problem solvers who can make the most of the teaching day.
